So does anyone know if the stretches in Lastic are elongated stretches, are they stretches that are held for a while or are they fast movements. I am trying to find a yoga or stretch dvd that makes you hold the pose for awhile. Kind of like when you do strength training and you lift slow and heavy.

Thanks

Mari

They are held for a while in the original Lastics. I just did Advanced lastics (minus the splits)--while she has you move in the stretch, it felt as if I were holding the muscle in a stretch, probably because you don't move nearly as much as in Classical Stretch/Essentrics.
