Anyone try this workout yet? The clip looks good and you get to use the squishy ball.

My thoughts exactly, Mary has been selling out of Tracey's latest offerings.

I love that this is in short sections, so I can mix and match with Andrea Leigh Rogers' 10 Min Sol Quick Sculpt Pilates. I'm aiming to get a little Pilates in every day.

I'm gonna buy this as soon as Mary gets it back in!
(And I hope it's by Friday so it won't count as a 2011 purchase, lol.)

I just ordered it yesterday from Tracey's site--I couldn't wait for Mary to get it back in stock!

Pilates isn't normally something I get excited about but I really liked the clips I saw of this one. Can't wait to get it!

I hesitate to post because even though I do have it, and yes I ordered it from Mary along with Booty Barre, I only did a couple of segments from it one time last week and I can't even recall any specifics

. My impressions afterwards were that I remember liking it but I don't remember anything particularly different that stands out. I must revisit and make more notes next time. Sorry I couldn't be more helpful.

Does the ball come with it or are you on your own? Makes me with I'd kept P57 just for the larger squishy ball.

Looks amazing. I didn't think I would ever buy another Pilates workout as I have a million and didn't think anything would look new and exciting. Love her take on some of these moves and her form is fantastic.

Thanks also for introducing me to that website. I love the length of the video clips. They really give you a good sense of the workout.

I have it and did it once. It was ok for me, but I was not excited about it. It really looks amazing in the clips, and it probably is amazing, but I was a little bored by it. The ball does not come with it, so I used one I had. As a true vidiot, I have a ball to fit any circumstance.
