Yoga therapy balls and tension tune down balls? Do I need those too?

Mmm... pretty!

Why would he think that was odd? Sounds perfectly normal to me!

I would also highly recommend this workout - wonderful in every way. I use a 3-lb. ball that I got off of a yard sale and it works just fine for me. However, it helps with gripping that it is a little bit squishy. If your ball is extremely firm - no give to it - then you will have a hard time gripping it between your feet/ankles, etc.

You can do without the yoga therapy balls--I think the Yamuna balls are really good. I do like the Tension Tune Down Balls from Jill Miller's website quite a bit. They're made of hard rubber, and they really help facilitate myfascial release (read get into those nasty kinks and knots in the muscles). Jill is about to come out with a yoga dvd that uses the Tension Tune Down Balls in the practice, but she currently has audio practices that use the balls. HTH!

Ooh - you are lucky! She is a great teacher.

Thanks for the info on the Tension Tune Down Balls - I just use a cheap tennis ball.
