I got the workout from Mary at Total Fitness -- she's fantastic, it arrived in two days-- but after all this, I think I'm going to return it -- unopened!. I watched the clip again, and noticed that the same pronounced heavy breathing that bothered me in the Slim Series, is in in this workout. I really liked the idea of the small rings for footwork, but hopefully I'll find another workout that uses that.
I don't seem to be able to get away from the grasps of Cathe and P90X!
