Very true, Pat.

You're welcome, although I need to pass thanks onto Renee, since it was her inspiring review that helped this one jump into my cart!

You'll love The Pilates Body Kit. I've used it so many times -- either using the Intermediate CD for a quick thorough mat practice, the longer one for excellent form reminders, or the cards to take along on trips or do in the evenings when I don't want to go in another room while my dh and I are watching TV.

I used to do Pilates to her first book, which I loved because of the portability and possibilities. But it was interruptive to stop and pages. With the cards, I can just prop them up along the wall -- do about 1/2, then set up the other 1/2.

Kath -- You're so very welcome. Didn't you thank me on the check-in too? Or was that someone else? Either way, I'll welcome it.

I just finished the Element workout for the second time. I absolutely love this routine. I could do it daily. It is everything I've ever wanted from a workout.

Okay, non-descriptive, useless-to-everyone-but-me gush over.
