I have no trouble using bands with cord routines and vice versa. I often use a band when doing a dumb bell routine with just alittle tweaking. Just choose whatever tension feels right for each move, adjusting the tension by changing the anchor points.

There's also a 10 Minute Solution one with Amy Bento and a Figure 8 band. And there's always Stephanie Huckabee's PowerFit and PowerFit Harmony sets. Finally, there's a relatively new one from Weight Watchers that uses tubing and has Stephanie Huckabee as the instructor. I got it in a set with the DVD and tubing at Costco. I think it's part of a Weight Watchers Time Saver series.

MetRX uses dumbbells but has someone using tubing. It also uses a stability ball.

Lynn Hahn has a pretty traditional strength workout using body weight, bands, and rings. It's called Body, Bands, and Rings (I think). I enjoy it.

Thanks!
Never tried it that way but I don't see why not.
