Yes. And it's the same warm up, so it's very obvious. You start with the stability ball and do some standing moves holding the ball as a light weight. Then it's 5 minutes of foam rolling, and then some moves on the floor. He always ends with 20 Groiners. The warm up is designed to help with flexibility and mobility. I do recommend doing it occasionally because it really opens you up, but I have coupled these with other workouts and skipped the warm up.
