Pamela, there was some discussion of various balls on another thread, as there are several current workouts (e.g., Barre3, Xtend Barre) which use them. You can use a Fitball Mini or Fitball Overball, but I purchased this ball from Amazon, and it works very well:

I bought the very inexpensive sticky ball from Theragear and I absolutely love it. It makes such a difference when you can actually hold the ball in all those positions. I was using a regular foam playground ball before and actually gave up using it for most of P57 because it never stayed in place.
Here it is on Amazon or direct from their website is even cheaper. Canadians can order from their .ca website. I ordered from here and it came in 5 days, and shipping costs were reasonable. |
