Bender Ball System

I saw this at Walgreens and was wondering if anyone has any opinions on it.

I used The Firm's balance disc with the abs section from Jari's Get Ripped yesterday (twice through) and my abs are sore today, so I can see where a system like this would be effective. Any thoughts

I don't have that system, but I do have a bunch of bender ball vhs & dvd workouts. I have done a back workout and the core workout. I really Liked both of these workouts and using the ball. I really need to do the rest of the workouts.

That's funny! This morning thinking to weed my collection of exercise books I started looking through a book I bought years ago and never read/used: Colleen Craig's Pilates on the Ball (--she uses both the large exercise ball and a 9" overball). And I thought "I should really finally look into this."

I think I still have a couple of Pilates mini-ball workout dvds too. And I do mean to try them out again. Using mini balls can make some exercises therapeutically easier but can also offer a greater challenge as many barre workouts have shown. Doing crunches for example on an unstable surface engages that important transversus abdominis muscle more. Good to know the options.

I could feel the difference right away, I've done Get Ripped quite a few times and that is the first time I could feel the abs working
