I LOVE Leslie's Slim&Sleek walk so another recommendation from me,as well Not overly intense but definitely a "feel good" workout! Also, Ellen Barrett's BareFoot Cardio and Fat Burning Fusion workouts are both very good. Hope this helps...............

I really like the 10 minute standing Pilates segment on her Body Burn with Dance and Pilates DVD.

Peel Off the Pounds

Kathy Smith's Peel Off the Pounds Pilates is good. It includes a 25-min. low-impact cardio (very Pilates-ish) and some toning segments. I also like the standing abs workout she does on her Tummy Trimmers DVD. It is light, low-impact cardio with a core focus.

There is a standing segment on Ellen Barrett's Pick your Level Weight loss Pilates.

The 30 minute dance workout is a favorite as well. It's a lot of fun!

I'm intrigued - another thing to check out.

Speaking of Denise Austin, I just remembered a favorite of mine from her, Pilates for Every Body. I only have it on VHS so I haven't done it in a long time, but used to really enjoy it. It uses a band for some segments and has a standing segment as well.
