What I found is that the cycles are classified and 'similar' to other Cathe workouts which would give you a point of reference
For meso one - endurance Muscle Endurance, Muscle Max, Power hour, Supersets, and Push Pull For Meso two - hypertrophy - Pyramid upper and lower body, Gym Styles, and 4 Day Split. For Meso three - Strength - Pure strength, Slow and Heavy and also 4 Day Split here too.
