Using STS workouts/GymStyle

Hi there,
Does anyone use the STS workouts by themselves when they are not doing the program in entirety? I'm starting my own weights rotation. I love the Gym Style series by Cathe, and wondering if I could use the STS workouts as standalone workouts like GSS. What mesocycle workouts would be best for this?

I would think you could. I think maybe the 2nd Meso Cycle would be a good one to use. Good luck with your rotation!

I frequently use the STS workouts as stand alone workouts. Any of the meocycle workouts can easily be used this way but I most frequently use the Meso 2 upper body and the Meso 1 lower body workouts as stand alone workouts.

What I found is that the cycles are classified and 'similar' to other Cathe workouts which would give you a point of reference

For meso one - endurance
Muscle Endurance, Muscle Max, Power hour, Supersets, and Push Pull

For Meso two - hypertrophy -
Pyramid upper and lower body, Gym Styles, and 4 Day Split.

For Meso three - Strength -
Pure strength, Slow and Heavy and also 4 Day Split here too.
