Pool workout video

https://protherapysupplies.com/AquaJ...ource=googleps

Anyone try this? Looking for a pool workout but we only have a 4 foot deep pool

Or, does anyone have pool workout recommendations. The noodle workout looks fun

We recently bought a house with a swimming pool and I have been trying to fit my love of video workouts into living with a pool. I found these and have been thinking about buying them. https://www.amazon.com/Water-Aerobic...l+exercise+dvd

Even if I get a portable DVD player and I am willing to risk its safety by parking it next to the pool, how do I even see the screen in the bright light? Anybody have thoughts about the logistics of pool workout videos?

I have these that are hard to come by because they're instructor releases but they have good music and they're fun - http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_sop=...cd6%252FY%253D

They are about an hour long and they're DVD-R if that matters.

I use my laptop by the pool but an additional portable speaker that I plug into the headphone jack. Hopefully that's not a dangerous thing to do (I have the laptop running on the battery)

Thank you for the replys. I'm going to try one. Can you do most of these in shallow water. I think it's 4 or 4 1/2 feet deep?

The ones on ebay you can do in shallow water - my pool just comes up to my chest (maybe 4 feet). I don't have the platinum one for seniors, but I have the others

I believe the ones I linked to are for chest deep water.
