Strength moves with cardio effect

Due to hip issues I can't do indoor cardio workouts right now (walking in place aggravates it) and because of the heavy cedar pollen, (which should last a couple of months) I can't walk outside.

I'm looking for moves I can do that will raise my heart rate without interfering with my regular strength workouts. I mean moves that are not part of my regular regimen, which is Margaret Richard unplugged.

Right now I'm doing pull ups with a barre and sit squats. I can't do steps ups, unfortunately.

Any other suggestions?

Kettlebell swings! Low impact with a big cardio factor.

Hmmm. My problem is sciatica - worried KB swings might aggravate?

Good form is absolutely key! If you don't have a kettlebell, before investing in one start with a dumbbell and see how it feels.
