I agree with the Burn Sets recommendation. It's two great upper body workouts. I was going to say that whether you do NROLW or STS, you don't have to do all the sets if you're short on time. Make the workout adapt to your needs, not the other way around. If you're doing quality lifting, two sets may be enough. On days you have more time, you can add in another set.
