What Workouts Did You Do To Lose Significant Weight?

Just out of curiosity, and sort of fun, what workouts did you do or have success with in your weightloss journey (I know d*et is key, so please let's not go there), but thought it would be fun to see what workouts you used during your journey.

Can't weight to hear what worked for you!

I have to qualify my answer with a change from "lose significant weight" to "really get you in shape" because gaining muscle and lean mass often does not result in weight loss, but that said:

Polly thanks for asking this question because this is exactly what I'd like to know too, but specifically for weight loss.

My answer may not help because nothing I did was heavy cardio or fat burning. I stripped off five dress sizes in nine months (three years ago) doing:
t-tapp
kundalini yoga
callanetics

and that was it for the first 7 months, then I added in Fluidity and Lotte Berk

Thank you, Polly. In the past two years, I've gone up one dress size but have decided to take that off because I'm tired of my limited wardrobe--my prettiest things are a size smaller than I am right now.

lost 35 pounds

Doing Turbo Jam, I own all the Turbo Jams that Beach Body put out. I did Turbo Jam workout only for 3 month. Later down the road I lost more using Kettlebells for a grand total of about 60 pounds

I'm guessing that's a "play on words"?!!?? Lol!

I lose and gain the same 5 lbs over and over, so I bet I've lost 20 lbs this year. But then I guess I've also gained 20 lbs! But when I was losing those 5 lbs, I'd say it was intervals like Jillian, Results, and BBC.
