21 Day Fix Barre Fix.

Tonique might be an option.
Thanks for all the suggestions!

I forgot about Turbo Barre. I didn't like it b/c it goes on for days. But IIRC it's chaptered and I think some parts are cardio.

Not a fan of horizontal cardio, but ebay had an excellently low price for the Exhale you suggested, so I've ordered it.

I never found the 21 DF Barre Fix to be cardio or even barre. Nice leg workout, though.

Well I think of their Hot Flash Hottie and it's chapters as cardioish in nature.

Ellen? barre?

I think I'll have enough now w/ Cardio Barre, P57 Cardio Blast, Turbo Barre, AeroBarre, Exhale Cardio Pure Intensity, and Barre Amped DVDs, and barlates on youtube.

Thanks to everyone who replied!

it can get your HR up. i consider it barre-ish. i find many of her long-limb moves exhausting at times. the other one someone mentioned was Ballet Beautiful. yes, it doesn't have the word "barre" in the title, but it definitely has cardio elements.

Thanks again, Jeannine. The replies helped me re-visit my collection and it turns out I have plenty. Before the pandemic, I had been going to a Pure Barre studio and had lost touch with my barre DVDs.

I used to have several Ballet Beautiful (Mary Helen Bowers) DVDs but the difference (for me) b/t cardio barre and ballet is the jumping. I won't jump, it leads to my arthritic knees waking me up at night.
