This is so funny that this got bumped up because I recently just went BACK to using the Firms (mostly the Classics with a few of the Firm Express workouts) and Slim Series to try to get back down to my goal weight. It's too early to say if they are working but I am REALLY enjoying my workouts --- like working out with old friends
I am still using Beachbody workouts like Cize, Country Heat, Hip Hop Abs, Turbo Jam, and You V2 - as well as some occasional Leslie and Jessica - for cardio.
