Another one for metabolic / circuit workouts!

I'm finally getting into yoga but it still doesn't make me feel as good as a dumbbell-powered sweatfest.

Swimming, which is odd because I haven't been in a pool in over 15 years.

Up until last summer I would have said yoga without even thinking about it . Then I started using the Soul Sweat classes on powhow.com regularly and they made me love doing cardio. Now I can't pick just one type of workout. I'd want to do both.

ETA: The cooldowns have some yoga, so maybe I could deal.....

I have to go with yoga. I think I get the most out of it physically and mentally.

I couldn't agree more. I think about mobility a lot, it's what keeps you young and it keeps you doing what you love for longer too!

Right now it's kettlebells for me. I do have arthritis in my knee and shoulder which limits me from going very heavy, but I do consider that training as metabolic/circuit and a little bit of flexibility tossed in there.

The question asked "could " my answer would be running. I haven't run in years due to a bad left knee. Right now long walks are a struggle. Due to those limitations I would say yoga, Essentrics and biking.
