I own exactly one KCM workout, Muscle Up and I like it a lot. I can go heavy with the weights.

What other weight workouts does she have where one can go heavy with the weights at a moderate speed? I'm only interested in weight workouts, I do other stuff for cardio.

Split Sessions might work for you, I think, Vintage. Or Body Shop. Nothing super-fast in either of those.

I still like Circuit Burn the most, but Trim Down is a close second. KCM dvds agree with this 51 year old body. I always feel like I'm worked out but not worn out.

Weights is a 30MTF split with B/L/Ch and Bi/Tri/Sh that I think might also be used similarly.
From what I can tell, Split Sessions, MUL2BF, and Weights are all splits of some sort where you can go heavy.

I have trouble keeping Body Shop, Body Training, Your Best Body and some of the the others straightened out/categorized. I bought too many, too fast.

I find Split Sessions to be fast to lift really heavy, unless I ignore the beat and go slower.
