And what do you teach?

I used to teach Zumba and TurboKick, but I decided that low-impact classes would be easier on the joints ... so now I teach barre and Silver Sneakers. I really enjoy teaching those classes!

I am about a week away from sending off my materials to Essentrics for the Level one certification! I'm teaching my apprentice classes through the wellness program at work, and it is getting very good feedback!

I've thought about doing the Zumba "training", but I too decided I'd rather do Zumba than teach it.

I taught an aerobics and toning class for nearly 10 years - from about 1990 to 2000.

I used to teach fitness classes...circuit and step. I'm just starting my Essentrics training. Getting going on my Level 1 classes....kind of fun!

I'm a registered yoga teacher, but I've only taught as an occasional sub where I work (a high-tech firm with a fitness center).

I recently trained in Jill Millers Yoga Tune Up.
