Problems with Ice dvd's?

Just thought I would start a new thread. Has anyone noticed any issues with their Cathe Ice dvd's? On the stretch segment of the Metabolic DVD, the DVD pixelates and stutters a bit. I'm not sure if it's a big enough issue to report to Customer Support and/or if it will get worse over time? Opinions or anyone else seeing similar issues?

I had a sort of "skip" in one of the stretches -- I think it was Metabolic, but now I'm not sure. No one else commented about having the issue, so I don't know what to think.

I had one get stuck for a couple seconds then continued. I can't remember which one. Will write it down next time.

I don't have that problem in my Metabolic stretch.

I think it was the stretch in MTB that stuck for a couple seconds and then continued. The workout as a whole was fine and I haven't tried an premixes or chapters yet.

I've not even got into my dvds yet (have had the grandchildren keeping me busy) so I'm hoping I have no issues. My guess is if there are issues, wouldn't they replace them? Edited to add that if people are having issues, I am hoping they post it over at Cathe. Maybe you all aren't the only ones and everyone shouldn't be afraid to let SNM know of the issues. If they are defective, they should be replaced in my opinion.

I can't wait to start my rotation and if the dvds have issues, that will put a damper in that.

I'm hoping mine are okay.....

It really does not matter how you played them... they go to the same spot. The premixes are just pointers to the DVD chapter location.

Mine played OK.

Actually, that's not always the case! One of my Sharon Twombly workouts (can't remember which one, this has been a few years ago) would freeze intermittently throughout the whole cooldown when I played the main workout. But when I played a premix, it didn't. Believe me, it was weird and I wouldn't have believed it if it didn't happen to me. I, too, thought that it should be the same no matter which workout you chose.

Sorry... should've clarify my answer -- this is for Cathe DVDs only. I asked Cathe, and I think this is true after the Intensity Series (Pyramid, Imax2/CW, KPC).
