ToddTV Great Floorwork and Live Pilates Sessions via Zoom

Hey everyone! During our quarantine I’ve been doing live Pilates and floorwork exercise classes from Todd Pilates on his new ToddTV site. Each one is 45/minutes or an hour and it’s a super solid workout with popular music. You join thru Zoom on your tablet or iPad.

If you’re interested google ToddPilates and you’ll find the ToddTV link on his website. The first live class is only $5.00 so you can try it practically for free.

He also uploads workouts to Vimeo so if you love him that’s another option.
