Me too on The Firm! I no longer own them because I did them way too many times, and even after taking years off I could never bring myself to use those original volumes again!

STS is the one thing I haven't ventured into but I've been super curious about it. One of these days....of course, I probably don't have all the equipment I'd need from what I've seen of STS, certainly not a squat rack...do I need one?
