I think it's a good idea to keep up physical and mental health. This has been a good activity for me.
It's helps me to focus on doing something fun. I make sure that I listen to comedians or TV shows so I can laugh at the end of the day before I go to bed. |

Everyone here helped me to come to a new self care routine. I am going to go to the park and get on the swings and play equipment. The kids in the neighborhood rarely use the park. Our neighborhood is now filled with more under 5 than school age children.
So I am going to swing on a swing. |
