Lou and Alwyn are working on a sequel/update to NROLW, working title "Strong", and are asking for suggestions on Facebook:

Since I'm not on Facebook, I'll just say here that I want something that starts easier and progresses more slowly. I'd also like something with the home exerciser in mind.

Another thing is the physical book. My hardcover copy of NROLW fell apart after two weeks of use and I wasn't that hard on it. Also at the JP Fitness forums, the majority of questions are still about fat loss. They need a comprehensive program that really addresses that.

Thanks for the link. I had no comments to offer but I enjoyed a clip Lou Schuler had posted of Men's Health reality show about a contest to select a male trainer for a men's health exercise DVD. B J Gaddor and Schuler were judges.

Ack, I can't keep up! I still haven't bought supercharged and they're writing another one already?

I watched that whole series, and I have to admit I was disappointed in the winner. The winner gets to make a Men's Health Workout DVD set, and I don't think I'll be getting it. I really liked the guy who almost won...

I think the binding problem was just with the FW book. That happened to mine, too. The other books are fine, though.
