I'm in! I used to regularly meditate years ago but fell off the wagon.
Experience has taught me that it takes 20-30 minutes just to still my own "monkey mind," so I really should commit to 30 minutes each day. However, I'm more likely to keep a commitment to meditate 15 minutes each day, so that's my intention. (Baby steps ....) |
