I'm just starting to use the Paul Katami one, and I really like it!

I like the lengths (3 25min routines), the instruction, the outdoor setting, and the non-heavy metal music.

I'm sure others will have other favorites.

I would highly recommend the original Skogg system.

I keep going back to AOS Providence. The moves aren't too complex, you work at your own level and pace. Works for me. Plus, there are some audio options if I want a bit of variety in the experience.

Though I can't stand her,Jillian Michaels got me hooked on kb's a few years ago. Her dvd is 2 30 min, easy and a great intro. I also have Skogg and he breaks it down nicely.

I'm just starting back into KB after a long layoff.

I started off with AOS Providence. I love this workout. After doing Providence a few times to get back my muscle memory I added in Lauren Brook's Vol 1. (I still tend to lie on the mat for about 2 minutes after I finish - just like I used to! The muscle memory is back!)

I also have been watching/practicing form tips from Steve Cotter and Skogg. (I don't have RKS, so can't speak to that.)

Skogg is the best for beginners. I think the majority on this board probably think so. Don't worry about music and all these crazy exercises, just get the basics down first.

Actually I just acquired Skogg last week (the itunes app). I have been watching/working though his Instructional video and it is excellent! I haven't tried one of the workouts yet.

I wish I had had this when I was first starting out.

(I think Steve Cotter, Anthony D. and Lauren Brooks all give excellent instruction though.)

Liking Skogg as well..there are only 6 moves in Skogg, but it's good for a beginner because the workouts will flow from move to move and you have to know the exercises by name to keep up. The 4 discs are just different presentation/format of the same moves and each has 4 levels of increasing workout length. I've been doing them every other day or so for the past 3 weeks and they're still very enjoyable...working through the levels and getting stronger quickly.
