Interval Training with minimal floor work

I have decided to try interval training because I have started working again which has cut down on the time I have to work out.

I tried one interval video, but it threw me off because it went from cardio to toning moves on the floor (which dropped my heart rate too quickly).

Can anyone recommend any interval videos where most of the toning moves are done standing up?

Thanks.

So, you want circuit workouts, workouts that alternate between cardio and strength? My favorites at the moment are Circuit Burn by Kelly Coffey Meyer and Your Best Body Circuit by Michelle Dozois. The first one has tons of premixes and that lets me choose one that fits my time. The second one has a 35 minute version of the longer workout. Both are really fun.

What about 10 Days to a Better Body with Cindy Whitmarsh? Or Ten Pound Slimdown with Chrisy Freytag?

I know what you mean. I have Chris Freytag's Walking Cardio Shape Up and she does do standing work, but she also goes down to the floor during the toning intervals. That's my main criticism of the workout. I solved the problem by doing only the standing moves. At the end of the workout, if I have time, I go back and do the floor moves then.

Thanks for the suggestions. Chris Freytag's 10 lbs slimdown is on my wish list, and I'll look into the others suggested.

I want a workout that has cardio and strength in about 30-40 minutes.

I tried Shed 5 with Lindsay Brin and aside from the first strength circuit the rest were on the floor. By the end, my energy was completely gone because my heart rate kept dropping.
