Toby Massenburg's Ignite. This was a new one to me; I ordered it during Mary's last sale. Several people had recommended it on a HIIT thread (i need to hunt that thread down and thank them). It was really good. I have seen Toby in Paul Katami's workouts and knew he had excellent form - what I didn't realize is what a great encouraging personality he has as well! This was a good, 30 minute HIIT with a countdown timer and nice form tips. Yay!

30-Minute Power Interval Walk (YouTube) from Jessica Smith - I woke up with no energy, my body is still experiencing DOMS, so I decided not to do the leg workout I had planned for today. I felt like doing nothing, but I knew I would regret that, so I went with a Jessica Smith workout.

KCM Body Shop workout 1 - just bought from her 1-1 sale. I liked it more than I thought I would. But next time I might choose 5s for my light weights instead of 8s for shoulder press

Endurance workout!

AMRAP in 8 minutes:
KB swings x 2
KB cleans x 1 ea
KB reverse lunges x 1 ea
KB overhead press x 1
4 minutes rest

4 rounds:
Barbell bench press x 8
Side lunges x 8 ea
1 arm dumbbell rows x 8 ea
1 leg hip thrusts x 6 ea
3 minutes rest

4 rounds:
Dumbbell upper cut x 8 ea
Front squat/RDL x 8
High pull x 8
2 minutes rest

Back extensions 2 x 15

Time: 50 minutes

KCM Your Best Body cardio+upper body premix. Liked the cardio in between the weight work. I wish Cathe would have done that with Fit Split.
