Cathe's Fit Split Pull Day only
I also walk outside 45 minutes Monday through Friday

This disk with Mixed Cardio and pull day does not play in my DVD player. I'm thankful our computer is my little workout area. I have at least one disk from each series that doesn't want to play. Even getting them replaced doesn't work. sigh...oh well...

Yes! I waited to acquire the Studio Series because I was trying not to buy anything new, but I love them so much I wish I hadn't waited.

Fit Split Low Impact Metabolic Conditioning. Pretty good. Could be more intense, but I think you can make it what you want. Not a fan of the disks for cardio. I use paper plates on carpet, but it doesn't work well.
