I just worked out for the first time to this and I must say, it was good. I've been all over the map with Jessica in reference to whether or not I like her routines. First it's yes, then no ... but today I really enjoyed this routine.
I know I'm super late to the party on her 6 wk set. Especially with her getting ready to release another program soon, but thought I'd give this a "Rave" anyway. Of course, it felt like a good 4-limb workout, even with just 1 weight. So yes, it's a keeper for me.
Anyone with good results stories they want to share about this workout or about the set overall?
