I do hers 5 days a week. I'm doing ZCut Strength on Monday, Wednesday & Friday along with my upper body workout (whatever that may be). I do the same strength workout for the week and then move to workout 2 for the next week. On Tuesdays & Thursdays I do a ZCut Power Cardio before my lower body workout. Sometimes I may add a ZCut Power yoga at the very end of my workouts. I am really enjoying her workouts especially her strength ones.
