Kimberly Spreen's Absolute Kickboxing - I did two kickbox intervals, two combat intervals, and the core section. I just got this workout through a great deal on Amazon. I loved it! I adore her Cardio Combat Surge workout, and this one is very similar. Lots of great core and balance challenges worked into the workout.

Shovel Max!!!

I've already done round one of shoveling just so my little dog could go out. With his short legs the snow was already too deep to navigate! It's still snowing HARD so I imagine I'll have much more shoveling to do. And afterwards I'll do a long stretching workout...probably Cool It Off from Slim Series.

KB swings x 2
KB cleans x 1 ea
KB reverse lunges x 1 ea
Pushups x 1
4 minutes rest

4 rounds:
Barbell bench press x 8
Side lunges x 8 ea
1 arm dumbbell rows x 8 ea
1 leg hip thrusts x 6 ea
2 minutes rest

4 rounds:
Dumbbell upper cut x 12 ea
Front squat/RDL x 12
1 arm rows x 12
90 seconds rest

Time: 55 minutes

Had the morning off due to snow. I did a little shoveling and all of Cross Fire. I was ambitious today. I don't find Cross Fire as challenging as others have reported, but I got a good workout though. Just right.
