Need Jessica Smith walking DVD recs

I have and love many of Jessica Smith's non-walking DVDs and wanted to try out some of her walking DVDs but am overwhelmed with the choices and don't know where to start! I'm basically looking for something that makes me feel like I've had a good workout but has no dread factor and isn't exhausting and draining for those days when I just can't bring myself to do anything else. I'd also like to support Jessica as I do her YouTube workouts frequently.

Any help is much appreciated!

The Ten Minute Quick Walk Mix - you can choose up to 6 different 10 minute walks, 3 with strength. Good enough music and more fun than most IMO.

You can try some of Jessica's free walking workouts on her YouTube channel. She has 30+ there. Look at her playlist for "Walking Workouts". I wish I could help you with DVD's but I only have a few of them.

Also note that if you want to support Jessica you can make a contribution to her. Several people have mentioned doing that in the past to support her YouTube offerings.

****Kind of old thread alert*****

Do all of Jessica Smith's walking DVDs have a dancing segment?

Short answer - no. It seems like the dancey ones have the word "dance" or "boogie" or something like that in the title. Otherwise, they can be pretty athletic, or that is my opinion. Hope that helps!

I really enjoy her 15-Minute Fat Blaster DVD. It includes 4 15-minute walks. I reach for this one a lot for a quick workout in the afternoon.

I also enjoy the cardio in the 21-Day Weight Loss Plan. This one also has 4 workouts - interval training, core walk, walk with light weights, and a stretch one.

My favorite and least dread factor of her DVD workouts is the 6-week transformation series. I do the 360-Abs a lot. And when I have to do weights, and just don't have the energy, I can talk myself into one of the 30-minute weight sessions. I purchased the DVD series in December of 2015, and I've included at least one of the workouts in every rotation I've done since then.
