The Ten Minute Quick Walk Mix - you can choose up to 6 different 10 minute walks, 3 with strength. Good enough music and more fun than most IMO.

I really enjoy her 15-Minute Fat Blaster DVD. It includes 4 15-minute walks. I reach for this one a lot for a quick workout in the afternoon.

I do the 360-Abs a lot. And when I have to do weights, and just don't have the energy, I can talk myself into one of the 30-minute weight sessions.
