I wish one of the DVDs included a complete UB workout and no LB. I'm not interested in cardio, but I would have bought one for an upper body workout even if it had cardio.

No, it says "add to your order and get free shipping" Minimum order for FS is $50

Yep, she got us there. The price for these is less than $50 so doesn't include free shipping. SO what's a DVD addict do? Why buy more to reach that free shipping threshold of course!

Glad I didn't order the Fit Tower DVDs. Now I can buy the one I want to get free shipping when I preorder this series.

I'm ok with the no free shipping. I'm just happy to see instructors continue to release new workouts on DVD! I think it's smart for Cathe and others to present their "downloads" at more reasonable pricing vs. mailing DVDs......it is a good way to get those of us resisting downloads and streaming to take the plunge.
