I agree with Pat.
In addition, there are certain poses that are inherently relaxing -- particularly forward bends -- and others that are energizing, especially backbends. It's generally a bad idea to do backbends before bed; it can make it hard to sleep. However, lots of VFers (myself included) like the forward bend and hip opening segments of "AM Yoga for Your Week" in the evening.

I haven't used it, but I know someone who has. She says she prefers it over the live classes she can take for free.
