Alpha Speed 1.0 is not easy.

For the first 10 min. you do a 1 min. drill and then a stretch/stability. Then at the 15 min mark, Shaun says "BurnOut Round". This is where you string together all the moves and they are condensed into a block. There are a few moves that I'm not crazy about like the crisscross jacks and hop. This is not a dealbreaker for me because I just did a small jump squat. I really liked the heisman crossword (heisman left knee up, heisman right knee up, heisman back knee up and continue)

You can do it! I'm in a challenge group on Facebook and we're all going to start of the 5th on August. If anyone would like to join, PM me.

Unfortunately, it's a "secret" group, so you have to be invited to see it. But I would be happy to revive the Check in!

I think I would like I would like these! I liked Insanity, but the warm ups killed me! These sound like they might be no dread, since they are short.

Sounds like these would be great to combine with other workouts, maybe as finishers.

I am all about short ADD workouts these days.
