Alton from Leslie Sansone walks

I did not realize (or possibly just might have forgotten) that Alton had passed away a few years ago. It makes me sad. I like to think that people I see and like in these workouts just kind of go on forever, happily walking and dancing through life. RIP

Every time I do a T-Tapp workout, I wonder what tweaks Teresa would be adding or what new workouts she'd be creating.

I can’t find a good YouTube clip, but he was in the WATP Express 3 Mile workout and also the 4 Mile Super Challenge where Leslie mentions he was then 72 which led me to look around and see how old he is now and found out he had passed away.
