Lots of weight work in the first two workouts. I’ll post more thoughts tonight when I get home from work. Definite keeper for me!

So it's barre, pilates, weights, and cardio? How many workouts are just weights (dumbbells)? I would be excited to get more pilates and barre in my routine. It will make me try all my other barre and pilates workouts.

Karen uses light weights and a ball in Barre Bootcamp. There were quite a few upper body moves with light weights but she didn't focus on strength in this one. Tomorrow's workout is Upper Body Strength and she uses 3 sets of weight (5, 8 & 12lbs I think) but you can go as heavy as you like. I previewed the UB and looks fairly challenging and thorough to me.

Good to know! I'll await your feedback on the weight work too.

I can see some names of the workouts but not all.
Is it possible to make a list of the 12 workouts so I get an idea of the workouts?
Thanks in advance.

Thanks Pratima.

So there are only 2 barre workouts there and the rest is pilates, strength training, cardio and core or am I wrong?

It is a great idea, however I'm having problems with streaming lately so for me it made more sense to buy the DVDs rather than go through the hit-or-miss of streaming, particularly if I workout later than 6-7am.
