Sleek Essentials?

I am REALLY hoping I am getting a foam roller for Christmas this year. There were several rotations I had hopes of to start after the first of the year, but I don't want to push so hard i end up giving up. Anyway, in whatever I do I hope to be incorporating a foam roller quite a bit. This made me go back and remember Sleek Essentials, which I never did because I didn't have a foam roller and it seemed to be used significantly in this set. I watched the intro last night and I think she speaks about a schedule/rotation.
Could someone possibly tell me the offical rotation(s) for this? I have the 3 DVD Sleek Essentials, and the"Complete Sleek" DVD. Are there any other DVDs she did making use of the foam roller? Are there different kinds of rotations floating around for this? I like that the Complete Sleek DVD has shorter workouts on it or the option for a longer one. It also has a "Sleek in 7" workout out. Was this meant to be done 7 days in a row?

PS: Did anyone have any functional, stress relief, easthetic, etc.. results from using this?

TIA for any info!!
Blessings all!

No, there's only one Complete Sleek DVD, but it's sometimes referred to as Sleek Essentials 2. Confusing!!

There is the 3 DVD set with 3 full length workouts (http://www.totalfitnessdvds.com/Kare...-Set-p/994.htm) and the single DVD (http://www.totalfitnessdvds.com/Kare...-DVD-p/956.htm) with 20 minute options. There is also a premix to do all 3 workouts together as a 50 minute session.

I have both Sleek Essentials and Complete Sleek (or Sleek Essentials 2), but have only done a couple of the longer workouts. I prefer to lift heavier than Karen does in this one but the workouts I did from this were enjoyable.
