I agree. I will tell you what I use for the "thigh toner." I use the loop band with the velcro ankle attatchments ( it is the same loop band used in the Barry's Bootcamp set, and Leslie's walking workout for the lower body). I could never get a resistance band tied at just the right resistance for me, and this just works perfect. As for the BB resistance bands, all you need is a light, and med resistance bands, and maybe a heavier one for the Push circuit.
