I forgot to mention that I too have received a box! My husband told me that I got a package but given that packages are beginning to show up I didn't look right away. Well, it looks like it's from my secret santa!!

And there is a return label from Kim - but that is all I know. I am going to wait to open it! We will see how long I last...

May I ask that people please post when they have received packages even if they are waiting to open them? There is a lot of nervousness about the mail this year, so it would be appreciated if you could let people know the package was actually received.

Hi-

I just received a very large box from Secret Santa. It is from Rhonda, who I got as a giftee this year. Thank you very much!

I will open it after Thanksgiving. Today I am pressed into service baking for the holiday. (That may not be the wisest choice, as I am a savory cook, but I am trying.) We are having a small outdoor gathering. Luckily, here in So Fl the temps are in the 70s to low 80s, so outside is really pleasant.

Hi Sherry-

Well, the pumpkin pie is made and looks okay. I was a little concerned that it wasn’t done, but the temp checked out, and it solidified more while cooling. I only visit the frozen case for pie crusts. Are you kidding? Lol

I have only made crust from scratch a few times. I did not enjoy it! Have a lovely holiday!

Pie Crust scoffs at all of us who take pride in our baked goods.

The one time my pie crust came out perfect and flakey was a fluke that Pie Crust uses to taunt me again and again.

I totally agree with Sherry. I am always glad when my package has arrived at my giftees house. I even get track a trace so worry less.

It’s from Linda, aka fanofladyvols! I am resisting opening any of it.....so far....
