I have the Fabulous Forever level 2 trilogy. It’s got a cardio dance workout, a strength workout and a stretch workout. The cardio workout is sort of cheesy and the music isn’t great, it’s 24 minutes. The strength workout is light weights, slow movement and high reps, total body and 45 minutes. The stretch workout is 47 minutes. My notes on the back of the dvd cover say “some ab work, standing warmup is awkward, then lying and seated nice stretches, ballet inspired balance work at the end.”
All the workouts are filmed outside near water so they’re pretty to look at. I don’t know for sure, but I believe all of her programs are lighter, geared for beginners or older exercisers. I think her workouts are sort of pricey so the discount makes them a little more agreeable, IMO. I don’t know if that helps.
