Thanks to this thread, I tried one of Keoni's workouts this morning, the 15 Min Tropical Walk and was really enjoying it as a nice change of pace (so to speak) from Jessica and Pahla.

Then in the last 1/3 of the workout, a woman appears in the background to take a selfie in a precarious bathing suit situation. I was cracking up waiting to see what would happen. Keoni even moves the clock down to try to cover her up

I love seeing animals in videos but people can be entertaining too!
