I had 5AM. I completed Seasun Zieger's CIA 2903 Stepping Up. This is the first time I completed the whole thing! Not only is the choreography intricate, but it kills my knees about the halfway point. I placed a padded exercise mat under my step (no risers) and flew through it. No knee pain or soreness, day of or days following! A very excited thank you to the VFer who suggested this :: Now step workouts that were out of reach for me are now doable again!

Happy new year everyone!

PHA3 is a good workout, but next time I will do it earlier in the day, when I have more energy. The abs section is pretty tough, but I liked it. The extended stretch was nice.

Hope everyone had fun doing this year’s marathon!
I love being a part of this bc it's fun and makes sure I start the year off right. When I got back from our walk hubby said it's 10, aren't you supposed to be working out?

I had the 10pm slot. I did Lee Holen’s long routine on QG for Deep Sleep. It delivers what it promises!

I am so sorry for failing to check in until now! I had a virus for days, but as soon as I could (Saturday) I went to the gym for weights and then did a yoga workout.

Happy New Year everyone!
