Brook Benten KB Butts/Guts
I just got this DVD. I ordered it as it was on the 2Lazy4Gym Top 10 list for lower body. It definitely worked my lower body and I'm sure I'll feel it tomorrow and the next day, but her form seemed off for the swings. She really bent her knees. I've been doing Kettlebell Kickboxing for a long time and she stresses not to bring the bell below your knees. However, for the Brook Benten workout, it works your legs more if you bend your knees more. I guess I will just do it this way for this workout?
