Buff Moms Beyond Baby Body
I bought this workout awhile back but had not done it because I figured it was one of those mistake buys I often make when I’m looking for something new. I decided to try it today and was pleasantly surprised. It’s supposed to be cardio and toning but it’s mostly toning. I did three of the four ten minute sections, skipping the abs section on the floor. I also didn’t use weights because today is a cardio day for me, so I followed along without weights and did marching and other low impact moves. The music isn’t great but I liked the toning exercises and I think this will come in handy on the days I don’t feel like being tortured by Kelly. Finally one of my spur of the moment buys will pay off.
