Did Anyone Receive Any Fitness Related Gifts?

I cleaned up this year!

One son gave me two yoga books I've been looking at forever on Amazon. Another son gave me Essentrics Total Body Toning and new lifting gloves. I received two Spri Xertubes (light and medium) from my daughter-in-law.

So fun!! Can't wait to try the Essentrics workout.

Bosu. I've been coveted this since the beginning of the year. Hope it will not be collecting dust...

My DH got me a set of resistance band loops. Other than that, I did not want anything fitness related. I have so much already...lol.

me too - i just had a few things on my list this year, and the kids got me the Downton Abbey boxed set!

the only thing i "count" as a fitness item was something i bought for myself but decided to open it for Christmas - Leslie's Walk 15 from QVC when it was on sale. oh - and my siser got me some workout tops from Macy's - they could be used as regular casual tops too. but i agree with you sbh - i have more than enough fitness items!

I got a new Manduka yoga mat and block from Sierra Trading Post. Excellent prices there, especially with sale markdowns. Full disclosure, I bought them myself for my husband to give me, but I still count them as Christmas gifts.

I also gave fitness related items this year. I got my brother-in-law some Nike shorts and shirts because he is joining a gym (hopefully) this year.

My DH got me a Concept 2 rowing machine. I am extremely excited because I have wanted one for several years.

And, yes, it really was from him. Other than mentioning that I wanted one I had nothing to do with it.

My mom gave me some vionic walking shoes for Christmas. It's very thoughtful of her since she knows I walk a lot with my dogs. However, they are very ugly and I never would have picked them out myself. She doesn't give gift receipts so I can't even exchange them for something else as I have no idea where she bought them.

I had a lot of fitness related items on my wish list and didn't get anything I asked for. I did get a little cash so I'm going to treat myself to a new workout, but I still need to decide what to get.

Big Bubble got me a bookcase for my fitness dvds :: And my mom got me Gilad's Step and Tone workout. I also got amazon gift cards, which I'll more than likely use for fitness related stuff.
