New YouTube favorite : Up To the Beat Fitness

I have been doing her walks as add ins and the music is really fun. It is basic moves but the time flies by.

I like her walk workouts too. I enjoyed the 80's and 90's walks.

Ella, she has several dvds on Amazon also.

I can post links later if you'd like.

I used a lot of Gina's workouts during my third trimester of pregnancy and postpartum, and continue to use them as warm ups or add ons. The music is very good and I like the combination of walking and dancing. She also seems very authentic and positive.

I just have to add that I really am loving the variety on You Tube. There are some real quality workouts. I love the variety I have discovered (thanks to this site). Even if I try a dud, it's something new. I am inspired to work out more because of YT.

I did the 1 mile HIIT Abs/Legs this morning and time flew. I'll definitely try more of Gina's work-outs.

Yesterday I did 10 Minute Country Walkout (as a warm-up), Power Walk 80's and Walk the 90's (both fast walks), then Stretch & Relax all from her site. All were fun walks with songs that I knew. Really enjoyed them for a change of pace. Thanks!

Yes, I saw that she has dvds when I read her description box under her videos. I think she has downloads, too. I no longer use DVDs but I occasionally buy digital workouts.
