Question Metabolic Workouts

What workouts of Cathe's and anyone else's (I have alot of KCM, Bob Harper, Z's and a few FIRM's) would you consider metabolic workouts. Please feel free to mention particular premixes as well. I'm planning a future Metabolic Rotation. Thanks!

Thx for the responses received! I forgot about Gauntlet!

I just purchased Ruthless but havent even opened it yet. Which workouts are the metabolic ones?

I havent come up with the rotation yet, but I will be something similar to one Cathe suggested in an Ask Cathe post. It's a 8 day (or 9, cant remember offhand) "week" with (I think) 4 metabolic workouts per week and 3 strength workouts.
